Building Design

Coláiste Chú Chulainn is a brand new 1,000 place post-primary school which will to open in September 2014. Coláiste Chú Chulainn will be constructed on a spacious ten acre site at the Marshes in Dundalk town centre.

The impressive 3D architect's image shows a glimpse of what the new school will look like when completed. Coláiste Chú Chulainn will be one of the most architecturally well designed, modern, high-tech, comfortable and well-resourced schools in the country when it commences in September 2014. 

Planning permission for the new school is being fast tracked through the statutory planning stages in accordance with Part 8, article 81 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 (as amended). The school is deemed to be an essential piece of infrastructure for Dundalk and its environs.
